Edison Christian Life Services

Edison Christian Life Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate, Christ-centered care for older adults in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Established in 1945, the organization offers a continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing services, all within a homelike environment.

Health Center

The Health Center is a licensed 136-bed facility that provides 24-hour skilled nursing care, dementia care, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation. Residents receive individualized interventions addressing physical, social, and spiritual needs for comprehensive care.

The center features attractively landscaped courtyards and a secure outdoor courtyard with a walking path, gazebo, wheelchair-accessible swing, and raised flowerbeds to promote a welcoming environment.

Assisted Living

Assisted Living services help residents maintain independence while receiving assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.

The facility is licensed by the State of Michigan as a Home for the Aged, ensuring adherence to state standards.

Independent Living

Independent Living offers a maintenance-free setting where residents can enjoy a vibrant community life. The facility provides barrier-free, accessible rooms, emergency call systems, and various social, recreational, and faith-based activities.

Residents have access to three nutritious meals a day, with accommodations for special diets.
