ECHO Community Health Center, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to all individuals, regardless of their insurance status or financial situation.

Established in 1989, ECHO has been serving the Evansville, Indiana community for over three decades, ensuring that essential medical care is accessible to everyone.

Medical Services

ECHO offers a wide range of medical services for adults aged 18 and older. It focuses on both acute and chronic conditions with an emphasis on preventive care.

Services include flu and pneumonia vaccinations, on-site laboratory services, and referrals to specialists when necessary. Patients can access care through scheduled appointments or walk-ins.

Additionally, ECHO provides Spanish interpreter services, transportation assistance for appointments, and support with social services.

Dental Services

The ECHO Dental Clinic, located at 315 Mulberry St., offers dental services such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, partials, and dentures for individuals aged 13 and older.

The clinic accepts both insured and uninsured patients, with affordable services available through a sliding fee scale based on income. Please note the clinic is currently not accepting new patients due to high demand.

Behavioral Health Services

ECHO's Behavioral Health team is integrated into their clinics to assist patients with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and chronic diseases.

Services include individual counseling, psychiatric medication management, case management, and resource assistance. The team supports high-risk patients transitioning from hospital to home and offers home visits when necessary.

Pediatric and Prenatal Care

The Pediatric and Prenatal Clinic at 316 Chandler Ave. provides comprehensive care for children and expectant mothers.

Services include well-child visits, school and sports physicals, immunizations, family planning, annual exams, and prenatal care.

The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays to accommodate various schedules.
