Eastern Connecticut Health Network

Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) is a not-for-profit healthcare system dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the communities of eastern Connecticut. Established in 1995 through the partnership of Manchester Memorial Hospital and Rockville General Hospital, ECHN has expanded its services to encompass a comprehensive range of medical facilities across 19 towns in the region.

Hospitals
