• Neurological Care: Person-centered care for progressive conditions such as Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis (MS), and Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS), relying on clinical capabilities for complex care needs.
• Medical Specializations & Wound Care: On-site specialists and the care team work with residents and healthcare professionals to reduce readmissions and achieve exceptional outcomes through individualized treatment plans, including specialized wound care services.
