East Carolina Anesthesia Associates (ECAA) is a physician-owned and managed organization that has been providing anesthesia services for nearly 50 years. Established in 1978 as Pitt County Anesthesia Associates in Greenville, North Carolina, the practice rebranded to its current name in 2006.
