East Bay Community Action Program

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health and human services to residents of Rhode Island's East Bay area.

It serves communities including East Providence, Barrington, Warren, Bristol, Tiverton, Little Compton, Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport, and Jamestown. EBCAP aims to assist individuals and families in achieving their fullest potential.
