Earls Legacy West

Earls Kitchen + Bar is a family-owned restaurant chain that began in 1982 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Founded by Leroy “Bus” Earl Fuller and his son Stanley Earl Fuller, the first Earls restaurant was a casual burger and beer joint that quickly gained popularity.

Over the years, Earls has expanded to 69 locations across Canada and the United States, including the Legacy West development in Plano, Texas.
