Earls Kitchen + Bar is a family-run business founded in the early 1980s by father and son duo Leroy Earl “Bus” Fuller and Stanley Earl Fuller. The restaurant operates daily from 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays until 1:00 AM. Happy hour is available every day from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM to close in the lounge area.

Brunch is served on weekends and holidays from opening until 2:00 PM, with a brunch happy hour from opening until noon.
