E-Z Mart Stores, Inc. is a family-owned convenience store chain that has been serving communities in the southern United States since its founding in 1970. Established by Jim and FaEllen Yates in Ashdown, Arkansas, the company began with a single store. It has since expanded to operate approximately 300 locations across Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

The company is led by CEO Sonja Yates Hubbard, daughter of the founders, and her husband, Bob Hubbard, who serves as President and COO. Other family members involved include CFO Stacy Yates and Board Chairman FaEllen Yates.
