In addition to cultivation, the company has a manufacturing facility and a butane extraction lab, enabling the production of distillates and edibles. This setup provides ample space to expand its internal house of brands throughout Nevada and collaborate with other third-party brands.

Retail Dispensaries

The operational dispensary is located in Mesquite, Nevada, within the same 40,000-square-foot building as the cultivation and processing facility. The company also has plans for dispensaries in West Wendover and Reno.

Acquisitions

In April 2019, Deep Roots Medical was acquired by Acreage Holdings, Inc., a vertically integrated, multi-state owner of cannabis licenses and assets in the U.S.

This acquisition marked Acreage's entry into the Nevada market, expanding its state footprint to 20 states.
