Covenant Woods is a nonprofit, accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Established over 130 years ago as The Richmond Home for Ladies, it has evolved into a comprehensive community offering a range of living options and services for seniors.

Recent Developments

• Phase IV Additions and Renovations: Addition of 34 new bedrooms, extensive renovations, and new facilities to better serve residents.
• Closure of Advance Care: In January 2024, the in-home care subsidiary Advance Care was dissolved to refocus on core services as a Life Plan retirement community.
