About COTE Miami

COTE Miami is America's first and only Michelin-starred Korean Steakhouse. It offers a unique dining experience blending the conviviality of Korean barbecue with the elegance of a classic American steakhouse.

Located in Miami's Design District, the 5,892-square-foot restaurant includes a sleek, intimate dining area with state-of-the-art smokeless tabletop grills at every table. It also features an elaborate dry-aging room and two private dining rooms.

Menu and Culinary Experience

Under the guidance of executive chef David Shim, COTE Miami's menu showcases high-quality USDA Prime beef, including a 45-day dry-aged ribeye. The menu is complemented by nutrient-rich Korean side dishes.

Signature offerings include the Butcher’s Feast®, which features four selected cuts of meat served with various Korean accompaniments. Another highlight is the elevated Steak Omakase™ experience.

Beverage Program

The restaurant's beverage program boasts an award-winning wine list with over 1,200 labels. This selection has earned recognition from the James Beard Foundation and the MICHELIN Guide.

The bar offers a suite of classic yet creative cocktails that enhance the overall dining experience.

COTE Miami operates daily:

  • Lunch from 12 PM to 3 PM
  • Dinner from 5 PM to 11 PM, Sunday through Wednesday
  • Dinner until midnight on Thursday through Saturday
