About Community Partners in Action
Community Partners in Action (CPA) is a non-profit organization based in Hartford, Connecticut, dedicated to supporting individuals affected by the criminal justice system. Established in 1875 as the Prisoner's Friends' Society, CPA has a longstanding history of advocating for criminal justice reform.
