Common House

Common House is a modern social club that fosters community connections through thoughtfully designed spaces, dynamic programming, and intentionally sourced food and beverages. Established in 2017, Common House has expanded its presence across the southeastern United States.

The club has locations in Charlottesville, Virginia; Richmond, Virginia; Chattanooga, Tennessee; and most recently, New Orleans, Louisiana.

New Orleans Location

In June 2024, Common House opened its fourth location in New Orleans, revitalizing a historic 20,000-square-foot building at 420 Julia Street in the Warehouse District.

This site, formerly the Louisiana Children’s Museum, now serves as a vibrant hub for social interaction and community engagement.

Collaborations with Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture and Joshua Joseph Interiors have preserved historic features such as original wood beams and iconic blue arched doors.

These are blended with contemporary design to create a welcoming and inspiring environment.
