Clinical & Support Options, Inc. (CSO) is a non-profit behavioral health organization dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health and support services to individuals and families across Western and Central Massachusetts.

Established in 1954 as the Franklin County Mental Health Association, CSO has grown into a full-service behavioral health corporation, serving over 15,000 individuals across five counties.

Services Offered

• Emergency & Acute Services: Immediate assistance for individuals in crisis, providing urgent outpatient assessments and treatments.
