The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is the unified local government serving Juneau, Alaska, the state's capital city. Established in 1970 through the consolidation of the City of Juneau and the Greater Juneau Borough, CBJ covers a vast area. It is the second-largest municipality in the United States by land area.
