Florida Presence

In Florida, Ciel has expanded its presence by managing three HearthStone communities: HearthStone at Nona Lakes, HearthStone at Leesburg, and HearthStone at Wildwood.

These additions have enhanced Ciel’s portfolio, bringing the total number of managed communities to 15, with over 1,700 senior living units across nine states.

Dementia Care Program

A cornerstone of Ciel’s approach is its proprietary dementia care program, "Connections by Ciel," launched in September 2023.

This program equips team members with specialized training to support individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias.

Additionally, Ciel provides Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) training for associates in memory care and partners with hospice, therapy, and pharmacy providers to ensure comprehensive care.
