ChristianaCare is a comprehensive, non-profit health system headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware. It serves the entire state and parts of neighboring Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. Established in 1888, it has grown to become one of the largest health care providers in the mid-Atlantic region.

Hospitals

ChristianaCare operates three primary hospitals:

• Christiana Hospital in Newark, the flagship facility and Delaware's only adult Level I trauma center, featuring a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, the state's largest maternity center, and the Center for Heart & Vascular Health.
