Founded by celebrity chef Lorena Garcia in collaboration with 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, CHICA has established locations in Miami, Florida, and Las Vegas, Nevada.

• Asado Negro Arepas—house-made anise and piloncillo arepas stuffed with braised short rib, garnished with pickled onions and cilantro
• Meyer Lemon Rotisserie Chicken with Peruvian purple potato salad, fresh hearts of palm, and herb chimichurri
• Tuna Ceviche featuring tuna nikkei in an apple-infused leche de tigre
• Peruvian Corvina Ceviche served with leche de tigre, sweet potato, Peruvian corn, red onion, and cilantro

CHICA boasts an extensive beverage program including handcrafted cocktails such as the F.W Margarita, a twist on the classic margarita with tequila, fresh lime, fresno chili, fresh-pressed watermelon juice, and orange bitters with cilantro.

In Las Vegas, CHICA Nights occur every Friday and Saturday from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., featuring live DJs, dancing, and a late-night menu.

CHICA offers two private rooms accommodating up to 30 guests seated or 35 standing, with additional semi-private options for seated meals and standing receptions.
