Established on January 31, 2025, Centinel emerged from the acquisition of Lendlease Group's U.S. military housing and lodging portfolio.

This strategic move resulted in a comprehensive portfolio encompassing 10 housing communities and over 70 hotels across 26 states and Puerto Rico, collectively serving more than 3.7 million service members, their families, and guests nationwide.

Department of Defense Partnership

A cornerstone of Centinel's operations is its partnership with the Department of Defense's Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL) program. Through this initiative, Centinel develops, constructs, and operates hotels at numerous military installations.

Centinel is the first and only developer to operate under the PAL program, overseeing hotels at 40 military installations and managing a total portfolio of over 12,000 hotel rooms.
