Headquarters and Locations

In August 2024, CB&I relocated its regional and global headquarters to Hughes Landing in The Woodlands, Texas. It occupies approximately 43,000 square feet of Class A office space.

Ownership and Financial Position

In December 2024, a consortium of financial investors led by Mason Capital Management LLC completed an acquisition of CB&I. This positions the company for long-term growth as an independent entity with no funded debt.
