This 14,500-square-foot restaurant features a mid-century modern aesthetic, an expansive 70-foot honed quartzite stone bar, and a 3,500-square-foot terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. The menu, curated by acclaimed Chef Daniel Ontiveros, showcases dry-aged American cuts and Japanese-certified Wagyu steaks. It is complemented by a curated cocktail program developed by Vice President of Beverage and Hospitality Culture, Francesco Lafranconi.

In addition to Carversteak, Carver Road Hospitality has introduced several other notable concepts. Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club, located in Salt Lake City, is a 17,500-square-foot multi-concept venue including a restaurant, multiple bars, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, and a central sporting club/nightclub. Designed by DesignAgency, the venue offers a diverse culinary experience under the guidance of Culinary Director Jeannine Glass.

The company has also expanded its presence to New York City with the opening of Rosevale Kitchen + Cocktail Room at the CIVILIAN Hotel in Hell's Kitchen. This American brasserie offers a seasonal menu of global flavors and locally sourced ingredients, complemented by a lively second-floor lounge.

In Boston, Carver Road Hospitality debuted Seamark Seafood & Cocktails at Encore Boston Harbor in April 2024. The restaurant, led by Chef Partner Michael Schlow, presents a contemporary interpretation of New England's timeless seafood dining experience, blending tradition with innovation.
