Caramá

Caramá is a distinguished Italian restaurant located within the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Established in February 2024, Caramá is the latest culinary venture by renowned chef Wolfgang Puck, paying homage to his mother's influence and the rich culinary traditions of Northern Italy.

The restaurant occupies a 6,500-square-foot space, thoughtfully designed by Italian designer Denis Frison. The interior features elegant marble, brass, and wood finishes, creating an ambiance reminiscent of Milan's Galleria del Duomo.

A striking 49-foot-long bar serves as a focal point, complemented by an interactive salumeria offering imported meats and cheeses. An extensive wine cellar houses over 7,000 bottles, including rare Italian vintages, enhancing the dining experience.

Caramá's menu showcases a diverse array of Italian dishes, reflecting the culinary heritage of Northern Italy. Signature offerings include:

• Carpaccio di Manzo with Arugula Lemon Aioli
• Insalata di Mare featuring Lobster, Shrimp, Mussels, and Octopus
• Rigatoni All’Amatriciana with Guanciale

The restaurant also features a wood-fired pizza oven, adding to its authentic Italian ambiance.

The restaurant operates for dinner Sunday to Thursday from 5:00 pm to 9:45 pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 pm to 10:45 pm. Additionally, Caramá offers weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
