CANarchy Holding Co LLC, formerly known as Oskar Blues Holding Co, is a collective of independent craft breweries that has played a significant role in the craft beer industry. Established in 2015, the collective was formed to challenge corporate conventions and preserve the integrity of the craft beer category.

The collective's portfolio includes several renowned breweries:

• Oskar Blues Brewery: Founded in Colorado, credited with pioneering the canning of craft beer, introducing Dale's Pale Ale in a can in 2002.
• Cigar City Brewing: Based in Tampa, Florida, known for its Jai Alai IPA and expanded distribution to multiple states.
• Perrin Brewing Co.: Located in Michigan, established a strong presence in the Midwest and Great Lakes region.
• Squatters Pubs and Beers: Operating in Utah, a staple in the craft beer scene since the 1980s, offering a variety of innovative beers.
• Wasatch Brewery: Also based in Utah, known for unique beers and part of the craft beer movement for decades.

Acquisition and Operations

In early 2022, Monster Beverage Corporation acquired CANarchy for $330 million in cash. The collective was integrated into Monster's portfolio. Despite this acquisition, CANarchy continues to operate independently, maintaining its organizational structure and team.
