About CAL POLY POMONA FOUNDATION

The Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, Inc., established in 1966, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the educational mission of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Operating as an integral component of the university, the Foundation enhances the university and community experience through optimized solutions and resource generation that empower student success.

The Foundation offers a diverse array of services and facilities to the campus community, including:

These positions span various fields, including technology, science, retail, culinary arts, hospitality, management, leadership, and research grants, aligning with the university's "learn-by-doing" philosophy.

Financially, the Foundation contributes over $1 million annually to Cal Poly Pomona, supporting nearly 1,100 Foundation and scholarship programs each year, including Bronco Athletics and the Norman J. Priest Scholarship. Additionally, it administers grants and contracts, contributes to campus security, and supports several university publications.
