Café La Trova is a renowned Cuban restaurant and bar located in the heart of Little Havana, Miami. Established in 2019, it has quickly become a vibrant hub that celebrates Cuban culture through its authentic cuisine, classic cocktails, and lively atmosphere.

The establishment is the collaborative effort of James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein and Master Cantinero Julio Cabrera. Chef Bernstein brings her expertise to the kitchen, offering a menu that features traditional Cuban dishes with a modern twist. Signature items include lechón with steamed yuca and tangerine mojo, seared foie gras paired with Spanish French toast, maduros, and maple syrup.

Behind the bar, Julio Cabrera, a celebrated ambassador for Cuban culture in the cocktail world, crafts a variety of classic and innovative drinks. His creations, such as the "Floridita's Hemingway Daiquiri" and the "Cantineros' Special," showcase the art of cantinero-style bartending, a traditional Cuban method of cocktail preparation.
