• Foster Care and Adoption Services: As a private adoption agency licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Buckner provides domestic and international adoption services, foster care, and support services. They serve over 2,000 individuals receiving pre-adoption services and 1,000 individuals receiving post-adoption services.
• Family Hope Centers: These centers aim to keep families together by providing critical services, aid, and coaching to strengthen families and decrease the likelihood of abuse, neglect, and removal of children.
• Senior Living Communities: Buckner operates several nonprofit senior living communities in Texas, including Ventana, that serve seniors with excellence in everything they do.
• Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Relief: Through initiatives like "Shoes for Orphan Souls," Buckner has distributed over two million pairs of shoes and socks to children worldwide since 1999. They also coordinate medical mission trips and disaster relief efforts.

Buckner operates in six countries beyond the United States: Kenya, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, and the Dominican Republic.
