As a nonprofit, locally owned entity, Bryan Health operates multiple facilities, including two acute-care hospitals—Bryan Medical Center East Campus and Bryan Medical Center West Campus—as well as numerous outpatient clinics and specialized centers.

The East Campus, located at 1600 South 48th Street, offers a broad spectrum of services such as cardiology, neuroscience, orthopedics, vascular care, a Level II Trauma Center, emergency departments, intensive care, women's and children's health, a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), imaging, and mental health services.
