Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a contemporary fine dining steakhouse renowned for its premium cuts of meat, inventive seafood dishes, and an extensive selection of bourbons and whiskeys. Established in 2016, the restaurant has expanded to multiple locations across Arizona.
The menu features a variety of USDA Prime steaks, American and Japanese Wagyu beef, and signature seafood crafted with precision and creativity. Notable offerings include bone-in cuts, chops, and fresh seafood options like Seared Ahi Tuna and Chilean Sea Bass.
Signature side dishes such as Truffled Lobster Mac 'n Cheese and Sautéed Wild Mushrooms complement the main courses, enhancing the culinary experience.
The bar boasts Arizona's largest selection of bourbons and whiskeys, with nearly 600 varieties, including rare and limited editions. A sommelier-curated wine collection of over 1,500 bottles is also available, featuring both popular labels and rare selections.

For private events and group dining, Bourbon & Bones provides elegant spaces accommodating parties of 6 to 125 guests. The SanTan Village location features a private dining room for up to 50 guests, ideal for various occasions.
