Notable Ventures

One of their notable ventures is Issima, a coastal pan-Mediterranean restaurant and bar located within the Kimpton La Peer Hotel in West Hollywood. Helmed by Executive Chef Michael Fiorelli, Issima presents a menu featuring Italian-inspired dishes, including in-house cured charcuterie boards, 45-day dry-aged ribeye, and Neapolitan-style pizzas.

The venue's design, crafted by Tom Parker of Fettle, combines modern aesthetics with traditional elements, creating an inviting atmosphere for casual diners and those seeking a refined experience.

Another significant addition to their portfolio is BoujieMana, a modern Mediterranean dining establishment that opened in November 2023 in San Diego. Located at 3545 Aero Ct, San Diego, CA 92123, BoujieMana offers a menu inspired by family gatherings, Mediterranean traditions, and Japanese aesthetics. Executive Chef Dante Cecchini crafts dishes such as in-house cured charcuterie and dry-aged ribeye.

The restaurant's design includes large live-edge tables, Italian porcelain, chandeliers, and a full-service gold-clad bar, providing a luxurious yet comfortable dining environment. BoujieMana also offers versatile event spaces:
