Culinary Leadership
Under the culinary leadership of Executive Culinary Director Lisabet "LB" Summa, Big Time Restaurant Group has experienced significant growth.
Summa, one of the few women in the U.S. restaurant industry to hold both senior culinary operations executive and ownership roles, is responsible for new concept development, menu creation, and the training of over 700 kitchen professionals.
