Avalanche Food Group (AFG) is a family-owned restaurant management company founded in 2009 by brothers John, Joe, and Ricky Rosa. With deep roots in the hospitality industry, the Rosa brothers have cultivated a business focusing on integrity, loyalty, and transparency.
