Atlanta Botanical Garden, Inc.

The Atlanta Botanical Garden, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and maintaining plant collections for display, education, conservation, research, and enjoyment.

Established in 1976, the Garden has become a cherished urban oasis in Midtown Atlanta, spanning 30 acres of meticulously curated outdoor gardens, indoor conservatories, and unique exhibitions.

• Conservation Display Garden: Highlights the Garden's efforts in preserving carnivorous plant bogs across the Southeast.
• Storza Woods: A serene woodland area featuring the Canopy Walk, a unique treetop experience that offers elevated views of the landscape.
• Skyline Garden: Provides panoramic views of the Atlanta skyline, blending urban and natural beauty.
• Japanese Garden: A tranquil space designed to evoke the essence of Japanese landscape aesthetics.

Indoor Conservatories

The Dorothy Chapman Fuqua Conservatory houses several distinct environments:

• Tropical Rotunda: Features lush tropical plants in a climate-controlled setting.
• Orangerie: Showcases a variety of citrus species.
• Desert House: Displays a collection of succulents and cacti from arid regions.
• Special Collections Exhibits: Host rotating displays, including the Fuqua Orchid Center, which boasts the largest collection of species orchids on permanent display in the U.S.

The Atlanta Botanical Garden has multiple sites, including:

• A second site in Gainesville, Georgia, opened in 2015, featuring a conservation nursery and cultural amenities to connect visitors with nature.
