About Area Cooperative Educational Services

Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing and transforming lives through education, innovation, and leadership. It serves the Greater New Haven area and beyond, providing a comprehensive range of educational services and programs designed to meet the diverse needs of its communities.

Established in 1969, ACES operates as a Regional Educational Service Center (RESC) for 25 school districts in south-central Connecticut. The organization functions as both a Local Education Agency (LEA) and a regional service agency, offering specialized education programs for students from preschool through adulthood.
