• Aqua Roma specializes in modern regional Italian cuisine, focusing on seasonal produce and bold flavors. Signature dishes include red prawn carpaccio with basil oil and caviar, linguine alle vongole, and lobster pizzetta.
• Aqua Kyoto offers contemporary Japanese cuisine with inventive dishes like crystal sushi and robata-grilled pork belly. It features New York City's longest sushi bar, a 22-seat counter with an 11-course omakase menu.

Bar and Atmosphere

Central to Aqua New York is the Aqua Spirit bar, a visually striking 44-seat oval bar decorated with cascading rope installations reaching a 25-foot-high vaulted ceiling. The bar offers handcrafted cocktails, sake flights, and Italian wines, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

Design and Ambiance

The restaurant's design combines Italian and Japanese elements. Aqua Roma features deep blue Mediterranean-inspired walls, while Aqua Kyoto incorporates Shakudo metals blending copper and gold tones, traditional Noh masks, and contemporary temple lanterns.

Aqua New York provides private dining options, including three 10-person rooms and a private lounge with a DJ station. These spaces are ideal for various events and gatherings.

Signature Tasting Menu

Guests can enjoy the Kyoto to Roma Signature Tasting Menu, available every night from 5:00 pm. This curated journey offers refined classics and seasonal artistry, showcasing both cuisines.
