- Aqua Kyoto offers contemporary Japanese cuisine with inventive dishes like crystal sushi and robata-grilled pork belly. It features New York City's longest sushi bar, a 22-seat counter with an 11-course omakase menu.

Central to Aqua New York is the Aqua Spirit bar, a visually striking 44-seat oval bar decorated with cascading rope installations reaching a 25-foot-high vaulted ceiling. The bar offers handcrafted cocktails, sake flights, and Italian wines, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

The restaurant's design combines Italian and Japanese elements. Aqua Roma features deep blue Mediterranean-inspired walls, while Aqua Kyoto incorporates Shakudo metals blending copper and gold tones, traditional Noh masks, and contemporary temple lanterns.
