Apex Park and Recreation District

Apex Park and Recreation District, established on November 13, 1956, is a special district located in the northeastern portion of Jefferson County, Colorado. It serves a population of over 100,000 residents.

The district encompasses the City of Arvada and adjacent areas within Jefferson County. Its mission is to enhance community health—socially, emotionally, and physically—by providing a gathering place and trusted resource for various activities and programs that connect people and improve quality of life.
