In 2016, the group expanded with Opus Prime Steak, Seafood & Sushi in Jericho, NY. Housed in a renovated historic building, Opus offers a 20,000-square-foot space combining succulent steakhouse classics, sushi, and fresh fish flown in daily.

The extensive wine list includes over 600 vintages from around the world, enhancing the dining experience.

The group also introduced One10 Modern Italian Restaurant in Melville, NY, in 2019. This 14,000-square-foot venue exudes contemporary style with a welcoming atmosphere.

The menu features prime dry-aged steaks, handmade pastas, Italian classics, chops, and fresh seafood, all made from the finest locally sourced ingredients.

The wine selection includes over 600 fine wines from 14 countries, with a sommelier available to assist guests.

In August 2024, the group launched The Halston American Kitchen & Bar in Melville, NY. This 250-seat restaurant offers elevated American fare in a casual, modern setting.

The menu includes signature salads, burgers, tacos, sushi, seafood, pasta, and more, complemented by a curated wine list and signature cocktails.

The venue also features outdoor dining, take-out options, and an event space for parties ranging from 15 to 200 people.
