American Beauty

American Beauty is a neighborhood steakhouse with locations in Venice and Los Angeles, California. Open seven days a week, the menu features wood-grilled steaks, seafood, and creative, chef-driven takes on various vegetable-forward dishes.

The bar at American Beauty takes a craftsman’s approach to cocktails and boasts a wine list of over 200 selections from around the world.

Menu and Culinary Approach

The restaurant's mission centers on great product curation. Chef Elisha Ben-Haim’s menu showcases the wide range of beef, seafood, and farmers market vegetables available in Southern California.

Steak is the star of the show, featuring a range of beef cuts, grades, and aging techniques. Much of the food is touched by fire, and all steaks are grilled over almond wood.

Bar and Atmosphere

The open-air horseshoe bar is perfect for dropping in for drinks or enjoying a full meal. It offers a broad range of local and small production spirits, craft cocktails, and beers.

The wine list includes over 200 selections. The bar opens daily at 5:30 pm.

The Win~Dow

The Win~Dow is a destination for classic smash-burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and $8 grain bowls.

It is available for pick-up and delivery but best enjoyed by pulling up a stool outside and socializing with neighbors.
