The winery employs a unique process utilizing bridge cranes, allowing a single elevation drop to function as a multi-level gravity-flow winemaking facility. This innovative design ensures the gentle handling of fruit, preserving delicate aromatics and maintaining the desired structure in their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines.

New Location in Bend

In late spring 2025, Amaterra expanded with the opening of Amaterra Kitchen + Social Club in downtown Bend, Oregon. This location offers a relaxed and evolving experience, featuring curated wine tastings, small plates, and full-service dinners that highlight seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

The space is designed with regionally inspired materials, including a double-sided fireplace and communal tables, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
