4 Rivers Smokehouse is a family-owned barbecue restaurant chain based in Florida. It is renowned for its slow-smoked meats and homestyle comfort foods. Founded in 2009 by John Rivers, the establishment began with a cookout fundraiser to support a local family, sparking a passion for community and high-quality barbecue.

The menu features a variety of smoked meats, including 30-day wet-aged beef brisket seasoned with their signature rub and smoked for 18 hours. Pulled pork comes from bone-in pork shoulder, smoked for 12 hours until fork-tender. Other options include smoked chicken, Texas sausage, and smoked turkey breast.

For plant-based diners, the Vegan Burnt Ends Sandwich offers a 100% plant-based meat alternative, double-smoked and slow-roasted until caramelized.

Signature Dishes

Some highlights are the Burnt Ends Melt, with smokehouse burnt ends, provolone and cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions on sliced sourdough bread. The Six Shooter features baked cheese grits piled with pulled pork, Southern coleslaw, pickles, jalapeños, and 4R Signature Sauce.
