The Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) is a private, non-profit real estate development and finance organization dedicated to revitalizing Cincinnati's urban core, particularly the Central Business District and the Over-the-Rhine (OTR) neighborhood.

Established in 2003, 3CDC collaborates closely with the City of Cincinnati and the local corporate community to enhance the city's downtown area.

Since its inception, 3CDC has been instrumental in nearly $1.7 billion worth of development projects in downtown Cincinnati and OTR.

3CDC manages and leases over 660,000 square feet of commercial space and more than 5,100 parking spaces, generating annual operating revenues exceeding $32 million.
