Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) is a leading global cruise company operating three renowned brands: Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. The company has a combined fleet of 34 ships and more than 71,000 berths.
NCLH offers itineraries to approximately 700 destinations worldwide, providing diverse travel experiences across its brands. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Miami, Florida, NCLH is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

Fleet Expansion and Growth
In April 2024, NCLH announced plans to order eight new ships across its three brands, the largest ship order in its history.
These new ships will be delivered between 2026 and 2036, aiming to boost passenger capacity by 6% annually through 2028 and 4% yearly until 2036.
Innovative Cruise Ships
NCLH’s commitment to innovation is highlighted by its Prima-class cruise ships, which debuted in 2022.
These ships offer a more spacious and luxurious cruising experience. The first ship, Norwegian Prima, started service in 2022, followed by Norwegian Viva in 2023.
The third Prima-class ship is expected in 2025, with additional vessels planned thereafter.
