Executive Assistant Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing the Executive’s schedule and calendar efficiently
- Prioritizing and responding to incoming emails, phone calls and other types of correspondence
- Gathering and preparing necessary documents and materials for meetings
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, conferences and events for the Executive
- Arranging and overseeing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and itineraries
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Acting as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Conducting research and compiling information to support informed decision-making by the Executive
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
- Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks and additional assignments as needed
- Fostering a well-organized and efficient work environment for the Executive
Executive Assistant Experience Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting high-level executives
- Proficiency in office software and communication tools
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong level of attention to detail
