- Address and resolve any unexpected challenges or disruptions in delivery operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in dispatching activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, offering support and guidance
- Optimize delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery times and routes
- Prioritize and assign tasks to drivers based on urgency and delivery requirements
- Use dispatching software and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Communicate with customers to provide delivery updates and address inquiries
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the readiness of delivery vehicles

- Proven experience in dispatching or a related logistics role

Dispatcher Education & Qualifications
