Salary: $14–$43/hour

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), with the possibility of overtime beyond 40 hours per week

Appointment Setter Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via cold calling, email or social media
  • Develop and distribute daily appointment reports using Microsoft Office suite
  • Keep a detailed log of unanswered calls and attempt to contact those not reached
  • Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
  • Inform the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints requiring attention
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly appointment goals
  • Stay updated with product and service knowledge, providing feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies
  • Adapt to changes in scripts and strategies based on feedback and performance evaluation
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during client interactions
  • Collaborate with the IT department to resolve technical issues related to communication tools and software

Appointment Setter Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or a Sales Representative
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced negotiation skills to persuade clients and schedule appointments
  • Positive attitude and pleasant speaking voice for engaging with prospects
  • Top-notch phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong multitasking, interpersonal, time management and organizational abilities
  • Impressive analytical, problem-solving and data entry skills
