About: The Chef Agency is a recruitment firm focusing on hospitality and food service. One of their clients in Miami Beach is seeking a Chef De Cuisine for an upcoming restaurant of a luxury hotel.
Requirements: 10 years of overall culinary experience, with at least three years as a Chef de Cuisine or equivalent; experience with Mediterranean cuisine; previous experience in a restaurant with a Michelin star or James Beard Award highly preferred
