We are currently seeking a Patient Access Specialist (Front Desk) to join our team in Winston Salem. This is a vital role responsible for welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, managing effective and efficient patient check-in and check-out processes. The individual has a significant role in ensuring an excellent customer service experience for patients, visitors, and vendors alike. The position entails occasional travel to satellite locations, emphasizing the need for flexibility and teamwork. Importantly, this role does not require work on weekends, nights, or on-call duties, providing a balanced work schedule. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent communication abilities, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating diplomacy and tact. The position is well-suited for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in team-oriented settings and excel in patient-focused environments.

Job Duties
