Position: Executive Chef job
About: Porter Valley Country Club, a premier golf club located in Northridge, CA, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience at the Executive Chef level in a Golf Club, Resort, Hotel, or Restaurant; Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience; Food & Safety certifications; Knowledge of special diets preferred; Proficient with POS systems (Micros preferred), Microsoft Office products, and social media; Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte service; Bilingual in Spanish preferred
