Currently, Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist to join their dynamic team in New Haven (Milford), Connecticut. This role offers $20.00 an hour plus potential monthly bonuses, with a part-time schedule of 19 to 21 hours per week across rotating days, including Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the first week, and Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday in the second week.

The position of Sales Receptionist is integral to the seamless operation of the clinic and the enhancement of client experiences. The Sales Receptionist works closely with clients, medical staff, and the broader clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and excellence. Primary responsibilities include engaging clients to foster satisfaction and build lasting relationships that encourage loyalty and continued patronage of Milan's services. The receptionist oversees all administrative and front desk operations, such as answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and managing client records efficiently and professionally.

Additionally, this role supports clinical operations by assisting medical staff with treatment room maintenance and ensuring a clean, well-prepared environment for clients. The Sales Receptionist is also proactive in driving sales growth by promoting upsell opportunities and collecting valuable client feedback through reviews. By consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals, the receptionist plays a pivotal role in supporting both the financial and operational success of the clinic. This position requires individuals to exhibit exceptional communication skills, a passion for the aesthetics industry, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Requirements
