Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be willing to work day and evening shifts
- Available to work alternating weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
- Must adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols
- Ability to operate commercial laundry and floor maintenance equipment
- Must be dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility
- Dispose of trash, bio-hazard waste, and other materials
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
- Process the linen for the facility and personal residents clothing
- Operate commercial washers and dryers
- Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing
- Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine
